Every link inside a door carries a marker out with it — say ?from=tour&stop=2 — when someone clicks through to a real page.
A small script on that page checks for the marker and, if it's there, shows a banner along the bottom of the screen — the stop you came from, and a bus waiting to drive you to the next one. Click it and the bus pulls away, then lands back here with ?done=2 in the URL, which ticks that stop's checkbox and jumps straight to the next unfinished one — no login prompts, no lost place.
